Due to fast pace of life number of individual are going through stress which can usually lead to heart disease, on the other hand some have a family history of heart attack. But it doesn't not means you have to accept it as a fate. Therefore you can avoid heart disease by changing your lifestyle. Let’s understand different factors by adopting these factors you can reduce and get rid of heart disease problem.

1. If your are habitual to smoking or using tobacco. Therefore you should know that smoking or using tobacco can most probably lead to risk factor of getting heard disease. As chemical found in tobacco can damage your heart and blood vessels, therefore by leading to narrowing of your arteries therefore narrowing of arteries can lead to heart attack. Therefore when we take about heart disease prevention its wise to quit smoking.   

Therefore nicotine available in cigarette makes your heart work harder due to narrowing of your blood vessels due to this it may increase your heart beat and blood pressure. As you may have read that carbon monoxide available in cigarette smoke usually replace oxygen in your blood. Therefore it usually increase your blood pressure therefore making your heart to work harder to supply enough oxygen. Therefore it is wise to stay away from smoking as by staying away from smoking you can keep your health healthy and strong.

When it comes to women, therefore women who smoke and take birth control pills are greater risk of having heart attack. Women above the age of 35 years are more risk to this. If you are chain smoker then there is good news for you as when you quit smoking the risk of heart attack dramatically drops in a year span.

2. Doing regular workout can reduce risk of heart attack.  Therefore its important to go for regular workout daily. On the other hand if you usually combine physical activities with your lifestyle for instance maintaining healthy weight you are more protected from the risk of heart disease. Keep one thing in mind that physical not only help you making healthy and strong on the other hand it helps you control your weight due to this it can reduce the chance of developing stress on your heart for instance blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes. Therefore its wise to go for 30 minutes of regular workout. Avoid using lifts or escalators try using stairs. In morning make habit of walking.

3.   Always eat healthy diet, therefore eating a special diet which is known as dietary approaches for stopping hypertension means eating planned diet can help you protecting from heart disease therefore always eat food which are low in fat, salt and have low cholesterol level. Therefore always prefer eating fruits, green vegetables, whole grains and low-fat dairy products as this diet help in making your heart strong and healthy. You can eat beans, other low-fat sources of protein and certain types of fish also can reduce your risk of heart disease. Avoid eating fats which contain saturated fat, polyunsaturated, monounsaturated and trans fat. As these fats usually increase the risk of coronary artery disease by raising blood cholesterol levels which usually lead to heart attack.

According to experts omega-3 facts such as polyunsaturated fat,  may decrease your risk of heart attack, as it can protect your against irregular heartbeats and lower blood pressure. If you like eating fish then you can go for salmon and mackerel as these fish are good source of omega-3. on the other hand omega-3 is also available in flaxseed oil, walnut oil, soybean oil and canola oil. 
Avoid drinking alcohol, if you can leave without alcohol then only drink 2 drinks a day if you are men and if you are women then take only one drink a day.

4. For getting rid of heart risk its important to maintain a healthy weight. As excess weight can lead to high blood pressure, diabetes and high cholesterol condition, which can lead to heart disease problem. One way to understand if your weight is excess or normal then always go for BMI, as BMI help in understanding your height and weight as if you have an healthy or excessive weight.

5. Going for regular health check is very important. According to experts high blood pressure and high cholesterol level can damage heart and blood vessels. Therefore without going for health check one is unable to understand if he or she is having high blood pressure, high cholesterol level or diabetes. Therefore by going through regular health check you can protect your self from the risk of heart attack and other heart problems.
