Taking help of yoga for getting rid of health disorders


These days it has been found that number of individual are engaged in job where they usually work in night shifts. Due to wrong time of working they usually end up with number of health disorders.


Therefore these kind of job are in rise as companies believe that by doing this they can increase there productivity and earn more money. These jobs include call center job where people employed have to work in night shifts as they have to contact clients all around the world. Due to this common disorder are taking place such as sleeplessness and constipation.


Therefore sleeplessness or insomnia is the most common problem which most of the employs face who work in night shifts. As you should know that sleeping in day time is not easy due to nose pollution as distraction level is also very high.


Therefore number of individual start using sleeping pills which are not good for health. On the other hand body develops a progressive resistance to them. Therefore it is very important to avoid such kind of practice as it is not good for health.


But you will be happy to know that by using yoga technique that can be of very great use is known as yoga nidra or psychic sleep. This could be only done if practiced in right way as this technique helps in deep relaxation therefore one hour of yoga nidra is equal to four hours of sleep. Therefore this type of yoga can only be learned with the help of yoga teacher or by reading proper yoga books.


Another problem that can develop is constipation. This problem is common among night shift workers. As after midnight the automatic regulation of metabolic procedure usually have effect of slowing down the heart beat and blood circulation. As person who work night shift he have to sit upright therefore the blood get gathered around the pelvis, lower abdomen and legs. Due to this it make blood vessels around the colon dilate, thereby constricting the passage and it result into constipation. Due to prolonged effect of constipation person can have a piles problem.



The yoga position used for getting rid of this problem is known as Sarvangasana therefore it is a inverted position in which both the legs are slowly raised up lying down on floor. Therefore in this position head and neck of the individual rest on the floor while entire torso and legs lie vertical to the ground in the inverted position. Due to this position accumulated blood start moving towards the lungs. Therefore it helps in oxygenation of impure blood and the normalization of the colon.


Therefore by  doing Sarvangasana you can get rid of constipation problem.  You can do this asana for about five minutes which is more enough to counteract the problem of blood stagnation in the lower part of the body. For learning proper way of doing this asan taking help of yoga guru is very important as he or she can guide you in right way.
